Tighten the manual brake release screw 4 (see Table 1 for screw specifications), loosen the brake, move the lever and friction pad, and observe and adjust the gap between the two brake friction pads.
Note: when manually releasing the brake, do not cause the movement of the electromagnet.
1.2 (upward) rotate the hand wheel 1 of ratchet 5 clockwise for about one quarter of a turn (fine adjustment)
(
1.3 (downward) turn nut 2 counterclockwise (with one) ф 4) in order to return the push rod 3, which will increase the gap between the pads 6. Continue this operation until the gap between the two friction pads exceeds the thickness of the brake disc.
1.4 place the brake pad on its support, insert the brake disc between the brake pads, and install the base connecting bolts (see Table 1 for bolt specifications)
1.5 inspection:
Brake disc lateral runout Maximum 0.2mm
Brake disc pad relative to base: 4%
The center distance (deviation) of the brake disc relative to the base is 2.5mm
be careful
When painting, do not cover the plate showing the direction of pawl movement
2. Draw back adjustment
The operator stands opposite the brake disc to the brake
Operator who stand in brake disc is opposite to brake device
2.1 tighten the manual brake release screw 4 (see Table 1 for screw specifications), loosen the brake disc, and move the clearance between the lever and the friction pad.
Note: when manually releasing the brake, do not cause the movement of the electromagnet.
2.2 (downward) rotate the handwheel 1 of ratchet 5 counterclockwise by about one quarter (fine adjustment)
2.3 (up) turn nut 2 clockwise (with one ф 4) until a total clearance of 0.5 ~ 0.7mm is obtained between the early brake friction pad and the brake disc.
Note: when adjusting the brake friction pad, the electromagnet must be in the engaged state. (see Figure 3)
2.4 install the dust-proof rain cover of the electromagnet.
2.5 completely loosen the manual brake release screw 4 and tighten the locking nut.
//3. Electric connection of brake 3.1 the brake must be used together with ese economic power supply.
3.2 open the sealing cover of the junction box and use 2x( ф 10.5- ф 15) The wiring terminal of the double A-core cable magnet is connected with the ten and one terminals of the ese power supply, which is independent of the polarity.
3.3 the wiring terminal of 0-220-380 power supply of ese power supply must be connected to the corresponding single-phase power supply (cable)
4. Adjustment of braking torque
4.1 the braking torque is adjusted in the factory and verified by the test bench.
4.2 the braking torque value is adjustable.
Loosen the four M4 bolts on the nameplate 8, remove the nameplate plate 8, change the deformation of the butterfly spring by tightening or loosening the nuts 9 and 10 (see Table 3 for nut specifications), adjust the braking torque, tighten, the deformation of the butterfly spring increases, and the braking torque also increases.
Note: this operation affects safety and must be operated by skilled equipment maintenance workers.
5. Replacement of brake friction pad
The operator stands opposite the brake disc to the brake
5.1 tighten the manual brake release screw, move the lever and brake friction pad, and observe the gap between the pad and the disc.
Note: when manually releasing the brake, do not cause the movement of the electric magnet
5.2 (upward) rotate the hand wheel 1 of ratchet 5 clockwise for about one quarter of a turn (fine adjustment)
5.3 (downward) turn nut 2 counterclockwise (with one) ф 4) until the clearance between the brake friction pad and the brake disc is reached Large value.
5.4 rotate the lever around the hinge to one side. Rotate the level around the axis to the other side
5.5 remove the friction pad from the pad with a screwdriver and pull it out in the direction parallel to the brake disc.
5.6 install a new brake friction pad and ensure its fit with the joint surface of the brake shoe.
5.7 rotate the lever around the hinge shaft to the other side and replace the other brake friction pad.
5.8 (up) rotate the hand wheel 1 of ratchet 5 counterclockwise and clockwise for about one quarter of a turn (fine adjustment)
5.9 (downward) turn nut 2 clockwise (with one) ф 4) until a clearance of 0.5 ~ 0.7mm is obtained between the brake friction pad and the brake disc.
Note: the electromagnet must be in the engaged state when adjusting the retreating distance of the brake friction pad.
5.9.1 install the dust cover of the electromagnet. 5.9.2 completely loosen the manual brake release screw 4 and tighten the locking nut.
Note: to ensure the correct operation of the brake, the hand wheel 1 must be at the end of the travel in the (downward) counterclockwise rotation direction, and the manual brake release screw 4 must be completely loosened.

6. Manual release
The manual release of the brake can be realized by using the lever 11. It can be realized manually by adding a sleeve on the lever (see Table IV for the specification of the sleeve) or by tightening the screw 4 for a long time
The screw 4 can also be replaced by a hydraulic manual brake release device. Realize remote (manual) control release.
7. The brake working state display microswitch 12 can display the working state of the brake, brake or release. The microswitch is triggered by the baffle 13 connected with the lever. When the brake is released, the microswitch is in the action state.
S
7.1 energize the brake and release it. 7.2 place the contact of microswitch 12 (in the electric shock position) in contact with baffle plate 13. Socket wrench( ф 4) Tighten fastening screws.
M8. Display of manual (manual) release working status. Microswitch 16 can display whether the brake is released manually or active.
The actuating lever 11 is in the manual release state. The contact of microswitch 16 (in the trigger point position) contacts the outer contour of manual lever 11 and tighten the fastening screw.
8.2 check whether the microswitch is triggered when the lever 11 is not in the manual release position (i.e. the screw 4 is completely loosened).
9. Wear indication of brake friction pad. Microswitch 14 can display the time when the brake friction pad needs to be replaced.
In order to accurately display the wear of the brake friction pad, when the brake is replaced with a new friction pad and in the braking state, place the microswitch contact (the contact is located at the trigger point) at a position 14mm away from the plate 15, and tighten the microswitch fastening screw with the sleeve plate (4)
