This series of electromagnetic power-off brake is powered on and electromagnetic attraction. When power is off, the spring is pressurized to realize friction braking. It is mainly matched with Y series motor to form YEJ series electromagnetic braking three-phase asynchronous motor. It is suitable for metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, food, machine tool, packaging, stage, elevator, ship and other machinery to realize the purposes of rapid parking, accurate positioning and safe braking.
Service conditions
This series of brakes can work reliably under the following conditions
1. The altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters, and the air relative humidity shall not exceed 85%;
2. There is no gas and dust sufficient to corrode metal and damage insulation in the surrounding medium;
3. The working environment temperature is - 5 ~ + 40 ℃, and there shall be no oil stain on the friction plate surface;
4. The insulation grade is class B, the protection grade is IP23, and the voltage fluctuation range shall not exceed + 5% and - 15%;
5. The working air gap shall not exceed the working air gap;
6. Installation method: axial horizontal installation and axial vertical installation;
7. Working mode: intermittent work and continuous work.
