Pneumatic caliper disc brake



QP series pneumatic caliper disc brake is mainly used for braking and deceleration of various mechanisms in hoisting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, port, construction and other machinery, as well as tension control of cable, papermaking, steel plate and other machinery.

1 QP series is spring braking and pneumatic release; CQP series is pneumatic braking with spring release.

3. Asbestos free brake pad, green and environmental protection. The brake pad is arranged with compression spring clamping, which is convenient and fast to replace.

6. All power sources do not need to be set separately, and can be connected with the existing air compressor station. Speed regulating valve is installed in the gas supply line, and the braking time can be adjusted steplessly.
