Project content introduction:
1. The brake is mainly used for yaw braking of 2MW and above (2.5MW, 3MW) wind turbines. The working principle is hydraulic braking and floating reset.
2. The product adopts the wedge baffle design process, which connects the baffle with the brake cylinder block as a whole, and adjusts the brake pad through the wedge effect.
3. The product adopts a unique connecting plate structure to position the friction plate without clearance in the length direction and optimize the performance of the product.
4. The electric spark implements the internal penetration process, which is convenient to realize the penetration between the three cylinder blocks, so as to ensure the stable output of braking force.
5. The combined partial friction plate is adopted to facilitate the replacement of the friction plate without disassembling the whole machine.
6. The double acting dust ring and arc surface guide belt are adopted to more effectively ensure the sealing performance and prolong the service life of the seal.
Application:
Dadh120-b hydraulic direct acting brake is mainly used for yaw braking and rotor braking of wind turbine. It can also be used for deceleration braking and parking braking of various mechanical drives in hoisting and transportation, port loading and unloading, engineering vehicles, metallurgy, cable, sling equipment and other industries.

Service conditions:
(1) Ambient temperature: normal temperature type - 20 ℃ ~ + 50 ℃; Low temperature type - 40 ℃ ~ + 50 ℃.
(2) Low temperature brake hydraulic oil shall be able to operate normally under low ambient temperature.
(3) There shall be no flammable and explosive gases and media in the surrounding working environment.
(4) The relative humidity of the air shall not be greater than 95%.
(5) Outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media shall be anti-corrosion products.
