1\TDMK/TM series synchronous motors (including TDMK series brushed synchronous motors and TMW series brushless synchronous motors) are widely used in mining, cement and other industries. It is mainly used to drive mechanical equipment with lower speed and higher power, and the main transmission grid type ball mill, rod mill, and coal mill. This series of motors adopts new technology, new materials, new processes, exquisite material selection, and sophisticated manufacturing. This series of synchronous motors are divided into two types: shaft drilling motors and shaft non-piercing motors. The shaft punching motor must be used with a pneumatic clutch (the pneumatic clutch needs to be prepared by the user), and the shaft not punching motor needs a higher starting performance (please specify when ordering)

3\Technical characteristics
TDMK series shaft-punching synchronous motors, whose starting method is used with pneumatic clutch, can realize the segmented starting of synchronous motor and mill load, with little impact on the user"s power grid, and allowing full voltage direct starting.
TDMK series shafts are not perforated synchronous motors with very high starting performance, which can meet the needs of users to start directly with load.
TDMK series synchronous motors have high operating stability and strong overload capacity. When the grid voltage drops or the motor is overloaded, the excitation system can automatically adjust and implement strong excitation to ensure the stability of the motor.
The protection device is advanced and complete. Stator windings and bearings are equipped with temperature detection devices, which can monitor, alarm and trip.
TMW series brushless synchronous motors, its brushless excitation system adopts a rotating rectifier, a rotating armature AC main excitation machine, and a coaxial integrated structure with the synchronous motor. It has automatic de-excitation protection and automatic excitation at the best time of polarity. The intelligent automatic control function of load out-of-step re-stepping and out-of-step protection has a high degree of stability and fast response performance, and the power supply system voltage transiently fluctuates and causes oscillation or the driven mechanical equipment and process flow appear When the transient disturbance is strong, the motor has the function of automatic intelligent protection and control, which has a much smaller impact on the operation of the motor than the traditional brushed synchronous motor.
4. Structure type
The motor is composed of two pedestal bearings, stator, rotor and bottom plate.
The shaft drilling motor has a deep hole (intake hole) at the center of the tail of the shaft, and an air hole at the shaft extension end for installing a pneumatic clutch. The shaft of TMW series brushless synchronous motors is equipped with a coaxial rotating rectifier and rotating armature AC main exciter, which replaces the collector ring and brush structure of TDMK series motors to provide excitation for the motor.
Stator: The stator frame is welded by steel plate, and the motor stator outlet is led by high-voltage rubber cable. The outlet wire can be led out from the base part or from the main junction box on the electrical side.
The stator core is laminated with low-loss silicon steel sheets, and the core sections are separated by radial ventilation ducts.
The stator winding is F grade insulation, and the temperature rise is assessed according to B grade to help extend the service life. Using VPI overall dipping paint treatment, it has high electrical performance, mechanical strength, bonding performance, moisture resistance and thermal stability.
The rotor magnetic pole core is made of laminated steel plates, and the magnetic pole coils are insulated with class F.
When the user adopts the pneumatic clutch, the shaft can be punched according to the user"s requirements. The rotor support is made of cast steel.
TDMK series brushed synchronous motors are equipped with steel slip rings on the shaft. An AC exciter and a rotating rectifier plate are installed on the shaft of the TMW series brushless synchronous motor. The bottom plate is a steel plate welded structure, which is welded with a 20-30mm steel plate.
Adopt seat type spherical sliding bearing. The bearings are insulated to prevent shaft currents. Use new lubricating oil and thin-walled bearing alloy bushes, and set electromagnetic centerline signs.
TMW series brushless synchronous motors have small rotary rectifier discs, compact structures and electrical connections. The fixed parts and the heat sink are integrated, which is reliable in operation, low in failure rate, and convenient in installation and maintenance.
