A type

1)length is 195cm,width is 35cm.

2)anterior height of the cage :posterior height of the cage :38cm. when

you finished the installation, the height is about 1.5m.,the width is 2.15m.

3)three layers in each cell, totally 90 chickens per set.


 

B type

1)length is 215cm,width is 42cm.

2)anterior height of the cage :when you finished the installation, the height is about 1.6m.,the width is 2.3m.

3)four layers in each side, totally 120 chickens per set.

C type

1)length is 215cm,width is 50cm.

2)anterior height of the cage :when you finished the installation, the height is about 1.7m,the width is 2.3m.

3)five layers in each side,totally 150 chickens per set.

Product information: 

1.  Material:

All of our cage was made of low carbon steel wire or Q235.  

2. Surface treatment: 

All the cages used hot dip galvanized or electric galvanized, PVC powder coated after galvanized.  But commonly it is electric galvanized. 

About the price: the hot dip galvanized is much higher than the electric galvanized and PVC coated. But it will used for much long time. 

3. All of our cage used automatic water system. 

4. Our cage used the big wire to made, it is stronger for the chicken. 

5. The cages is very easy to install, and we can offer the video after you place your order. 

 

Production Flow

The cage used low carbon steel wire/ Q235 , befor welded, the wire need cut and Straighten

After welded the mesh cage panel, we will Hot dip galvanized or electric galvanized them. And then loading into the container.

The cages need installation after arrived destination.
