The whole vehicle is equipped with PLC control, frequency conversion and speed regulation, which has been widely used in major carbon plants across the country, reaching the international advanced level, greatly improving the harsh working environment and reducing the labor intensity of workers.

Process operation

The multifunctional baking suction crane is a special equipment for the pre baking anode workshop.

1. Use clamps to transport carbon blocks to and from the assembly/disassembly.

2. Use clamps to load/remove carbon blocks from the baking furnace kang.

3. Fill the filling material into the furnace pit with the discharge pipe.

4. The high temperature filler is sucked out of the furnace pit by the suction pipe.

5. There is an electric hoist under the bridge to assist in lifting.
