2、 Equipment introduction
1. Structure: The electric furnace is composed of five parts: furnace shell, furnace lining, electric control system, crucible and resistance wire.

2. Principle: Crucible aluminum alloy melting and holding furnace is a kind of aluminum alloy melting equipment that heats the crucible by resistance, uniformly heats the crucible by radiation, and then places aluminum ingots or aluminum alloy materials in the crucible for heating, dissolution and heat preservation.

3、 Design requirements
1. Capacity: 50kg (can be customized according to customer needs) This small capacity is more suitable for experimental use, and the production of more than 100kg will be more practical and more productive.
2. Melting rate: 15kg/h (suitable for experiment, if used for production, the output is too low)
3. Process temperature: 730 ℃ - 780 ℃.

4、 Structure of Crucible Electric Melting Holding Furnace

1. Furnace structure
1) The shell of the first furnace shell is made of 4mm steel plate, and the bottom plate is made of 8mm steel plate.
2) The second layer is 200mm thick, ceramic fiber insulation cotton resistant to 1450 ℃ high temperature.
3) The third layer of furnace bottom is bottomed with light insulating bricks, the furnace wall is built into a round furnace with light high alumina bricks, and the furnace mouth is shrunk with hard high alumina bricks.
4) The fourth layer of heating element: high temperature resistance wire, resistance tape (the resistance wire is more convenient to replace).
5) The fifth layer of crucible base is padded with straw paper, newspaper, cardboard boxes and other materials before placing the crucible.

Supplement: press the ceramic fiber felt cover on the edge of the crucible and press the crucible cover plate tightly (the crucible cover plate is a 14mm steel plate, cut in the middle and form an "O" shape).

Cover the insulation furnace cover during the work (the furnace cover is formed by stamping at one time, and can be lifted by hand and rotated 360 degrees): the outer layer of the furnace is filled with 6mm steel plate and the inner layer is filled with 60mm insulating ceramic fiber felt.

2. Temperature measurement: temperature measurement by heating element (stainless steel thermocouple, accuracy ± 1 ℃): furnace temperature thermocouple (outside the crucible), aluminum alloy liquid temperature thermocouple (inside the crucible).

6、 Technical Requirements
1. Isostatic pressing graphite crucible is used, with a service life of 6 months and a normal service life of 8-13 months. The crucible has a single tank structure. The inner wall of the crucible used for the first time can be coated with a coating agent (which plays the role of not sticking aluminum liquid).

2. If the whole machine has problems, it will be repaired free of charge within one year (the crucible is not included, and the crucible is guaranteed for 6 months);

3. The electric furnace can be directly used after it is directly connected with electricity. When the new furnace is first used, the electric oven shall be powered on first, and the crucible shall be baked after the oven is completed.

(Function of baking crucible at specific high temperature:

The first stage of low-temperature baking crucible is to dry the water in the crucible,

The second stage of high-temperature baking is to change the physical properties of the glaze on the crucible surface under high temperature, so as to better protect the crucible and improve its service life). If the furnace is shut down for too long in holidays (especially wet in rainy season), it is also necessary to restart the oven.

4. The electric control system of aluminum alloy melting furnace is equipped with alarm system, over-voltage and over-current protection, leakage protection and liquid leakage protection. When the furnace is abnormal, the alarm system will automatically alarm, and automatically start the safety mode. The furnace will automatically cut off power and stop heating to ensure production safety.
