Precautions for no-load test operation:
1. First start the lubricating oil pump and hydraulic station of the mixer to check whether the oil supply to each part is normal. After the oil pump and hydraulic station work normally for 15min, start the main motor and watch whether the rotor steering is correct from the outlet end of the mixing chamber. Usually before leaving the factory, the mixer runs empty for more than 2h and at the user's place for more than 4h.
2. Turn on the cooling water system of the mixer and check whether there is any leakage.
3. In the state of manual and automatic operation, the pressing block, feeding door and discharge door are opened many times, and the action should be flexible and reliable.
4. Check the following items during the mixer empty operation test:
a. The lubrication points such as the reducer transmission gear and bearing are fully lubricated, and the sealing parts are well sealed.
b. There shall be no large vibration and periodic noise during operation.
c. When running empty, the main motor is a single speed, and its power consumption should be less than 15% of the rated power d: The bearing temperature of each part of the mixer should not rise suddenly, and the temperature of the rotor bearing and the reducer bearing should rise by ≤ 20 °C.
