MYHT series hydraulic tester is a new practical product developed, designed and produced by Shandong Xinliyang Hydraulic Co., Ltd.
The breakpoint data acquisition in the hydraulic system circuit can simultaneously measure the flow, pressure and temperature of the system and components. Evaluate the performance of the system and components by measuring data, so as to judge the fault. It is widely used in factory calibration of hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, hydraulic valve production and maintenance enterprises and fault diagnosis of hydraulic system of equipment users.
Features of MYHT-1 Series Hydraulic Tester
1) High accuracy - ± 1% of full scale.
2) Turbine flow sensor - fast response, anti pollution, small pressure loss.
3) Platinum resistance temperature sensor - fast, accurate and stable temperature measurement.
4) Display of flow and temperature - 4-bit LED digital tube is used for display, which is not limited by low temperature. The instantaneous flow is 0.000-9999, and the breakpoint data is kept for 10 years.
5) Pressure indication - shock proof pressure gauge, stable and strong overload capacity.
6) Design - the instrument is connected reversely, and the pressure cannot be built. The power supply and electric quantity are indicated.
7) Easy to operate - flow, pressure and temperature can be measured at one point at the same time. The flow and temperature are switched through the contact switch. The pressure valve has light adjustment force, and the loading is stable, rapid and accurate. To ensure the measurement accuracy, the temperature change shall be kept within ± 3 degrees. The low pressure gauge can measure the system control pressure through the pressure measuring line.
