The tester consists of a test system and a data system. The test system includes load valve, pressure gauge, flow sensor and temperature sensor. The measured physical quantities of the hydraulic system are converted into electrical parameters and sent to the data processing system.

The data processing system includes a single chip microcomputer, a display, a touch switch, a rechargeable lithium battery, a power switch, etc. After processing the electrical signals from the test system, the results are output on the display.
