    度整体的测量准确度要求多少?在某一特定流量下使用,还是在某量范围内使用?在什么测量范围内保持上述度?其度能保持多久?是否易于重新校验?是否要现场在线核对仪表度?这些问题必须细致考虑。重复性重复性在过程控制应用中是重要的指标,有仪器本身原理与制照质量所决定,而度除取决于重复性外,还与量值标定系统有关。线性度流量仪表输出主要有线性和平方根非线性两种。上限流量、下限流量和流量范围选择流量仪表的口径应按被测管道使用的流量范围和被选仪表的上限流量和下限流量来选配,而不是简单地按管道通径配用。

    热导检测器热导检测器(TCD)属于浓度型检测器,即检测器的响应值与组分在载气中的浓度成正比。它的基本原理是基于不同物质具有不同的热导系数,几乎对所有的物质都有响应,是目前应用广泛的通用型检测器。由于在检测过程中样品不被破坏,因此可用于制备和其他联用鉴定技术。火焰离子化检测器氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)利用有机物在氢火焰的作用下化学电离而形成离子流,借测定离子流强度进行检测。
    下面讲到的原理都是一变频器拖动多马达的系统。PID控制原理根据反馈原理:要想维持一个物理量不变或基本不变,就应该引这个物理量与恒值比较,形成闭环系统。我们要想保持水压的恒定,因此就必须引入水压反馈值与给定值比较,从而形成闭环系统。但被控制的系统特点是非线性、大惯性的系统,现在控制和PID相结合的方法,在压力波动较大时使用模糊控制,以加快响应速度;在压力范围较小时采用PID来保持静态精度。这通过PLC加智能仪表可时现该算法,同时对PLC的编程来时现泵的工频与变频之间的切换。
