调节阀使用过久会导致行程不准,通俗的说在想开到某个位置总是有较大的误差。
行程为0-100%,选取最大点进行调校,分别是0、25、50、75、100,都是百分数表示。尤其是机械式阀门定位器,调校时需要把定位器内部的调节零位和调节跨度的两个手动的部件位置清楚在哪里。
假如以气开调节阀为例,进行调校。
调零点,控制室或信号发生器给予4mA,调节阀应该全关,达不到全关进行调零。调零完成直接调50%这个点,与之相差进行跨度调整,同时注意反馈杆与阀杆应该是处于垂直状态。调好后再进行100%这个点调整,调节好后再从0-100%之间的五个点反复调整,直到开度精确为止。
从机械式定位器到智能式定位器。站在科技方面看,科技发展的神速,给予一线维护人降低了劳动强度。个人认为,想锻炼动手能力和学到技术,机械式定位器是的,尤其对于新入门的仪表人员。智能式定位器说白了,会看懂说明书上几个字,手指动动就行了,什么调零点调量程,调行程一切自动调整,只要在哪里傻傻的等着它自己玩完了就整理了现场走人就是。对机械式的,很多部件要自己动手拆动手修理再安装,对于动手能力肯有有提升,而且对其内部结构更有印象。
不管是是非智能的,其对于整个自动化生产过程是处于主导地位的,一旦“罢工”,调节无从说起,自动化控制失去意义。
