电气及仪表安装

1、电缆桥架制作安装：

自动化仪表安装注意事项

Attentions to Installation of Automation Electronic Instrument

工程的仪表安装即将开始，涉及温度、压力、流量、物位的检测，过程分析和数据显示，自动调节和控制，要保证上述各项功能正常显示和发挥，安装是关键，现就安装过程重点注意事项略述如下，请结合仪表产品的安装说明和施工方案，认真执行。

It involves test, process analysis and data display, automatic regulation and control for temperature, pressure, flow rate and level. To ensure a normal display and work of the functions for all above items, the installation will be a key point. So, we prepared these attentions as followings. Please strictly follow this combined with installation instructions and construction b statements.

一、              仪表设备安装Installation of instrument equipment

1、      仪表设备安装前要逐一进行检查、核验，确认产品符合设计图纸要求，外观完好无损，出厂合格证、安装使用说明书等资料及附件齐全。

Before installation, all instrument equipments shall be inspected and verified one by one to make sure they are in line with requirements of design drawings, and their appearance shall be in good condition, the factory quality certificates, installation instructions and accessories shall be complete.

2、      仪表设备进场后，所有仪表安装前必须按标准规范和厂家的操作手册进行单体调校，所有管道完成冲洗后再进行标定的在线仪表除外，如流量计及流量传感器，未经调校合格的仪表设备不得安装。若发现任何仪表的缺陷，要立即向太尔汇报。

After delivery to site and before installation, all instruments (except on line instruments such as flow meters & flow transmitters which are to be calibrated after all pipe flushing is done) shall be calibrated one by one according to standard & according to the manufacturer’s instruction manuals, and rejected ones can not be installed. If discover any instrument defects, report to immediaby.

3、      直接安装在管道、设备上的仪表设备须在吹扫和完成压力试验后安装，必须与管道同时安装时，在其吹扫时将仪表拆下来保管。

The instruments which are directly installed on piping and equipment shall be installed after purging and pressure test. When the instruments must be installed with piping at the same time, during purging of piping, all the installed instruments shall be removed and well kept.

4、      节流装置必须在管道吹扫后安装，其安装作为隐蔽工程，须进行共检确认其仪表位号、正负方向、流向及定位、安装位置、尺寸等项目的正确性，并做好隐蔽工程和共检项目的记录。关于流量计及流量传感器（质量、电磁、涡接等）的安装，请严格按照仪表厂家提供的安装手册，如定位、前后直管的长度、支撑类型及具体要求等。

Throttle device must be installed after purging of piping. As a concealed work, co-inspection shall be done to verify the correctness of the tag number, positive and negative direction, flow direction & b, installation b, and dimensions, and shall do a good record for concealed work and co-inspected items. Regarding flow meters & flow transmitters (Mass, Magnetic, Votex, etc.,) installation, please follow strictly to the supplier’s installation manual for bing, inlet & outlet straight pipe length requirement, support type & details, etc.,.

5、      调节阀出库后，须进行检查，核对产品铭牌内容、填料、规格型号、材质等，检查各部件有无损坏，阀芯有无锈蚀等

The adjusting valves out of warehouse shall be inspected against content on nameplate, packing, specifications and materials etc, and any damage of parts, rust on valve trim.

6、      调节阀应进行气密性、强度、泄露量、全行程时间等试验，试验标准按规范规定，试验完后，排净试验用水，并用空气吹干，将阀门进、出口封闭保管。

The adjusting valves shall be tested for air tightness, strength, leak and time of full stroke according to standard. After test, the test water shall be drained, and purging shall be done, the inlets and outlets of valves shall be closed for preservation of valves.

7、      仪表控制系统安装前控制室内应具备以下条件：

Before installation of instrument control system, following conditions for control room shall be ready:

①    机柜型钢基础已按设计要求安装完

The structural steel base for cabinets shall be installed according to requirements of design.

②    控制室装饰工程完毕，已进行交接

Decoration work for control room shall be finished and handed over.

③    供电与照明都已投入运行，空调系统运行正常

The power supply and lighting has been put into operation, and air conditioning system run normally. 

④    接地系统施工完，其接地电阻符合设计及系统要求

Grounding system has been completed, and the grounding resistance can satisfy the requirement of design and system.

⑤    控制室具备封闭管理条件，室内设施完备，清洁具、电话、灭火器、防鼠器具都已准备好。

二、              仪表线路、管路敷设 Installation of instrument cable and pipe

1、      电缆敷设要按不同信号、不同电压等级和本质安全防爆系统分开，不应混放在一起。仪表电缆的连接以及电缆葛兰头的类型选择必须符合区域危险等级的防爆要求。

The cable shall be separated by signal, voltage grade and intrinsic safety explosion protection system. Instrument cable termination & cable gland type shall conb to the hazardous area classification requirement.

2、      仪表电缆的接地线截面积和接地电阻值应符合设计规定。

The sectional area and grounding resistance value of grounding wire for instrument shall comply with the specifications of design.

3、      仪表管路施工前应进行内外清洁干净，要求脱脂的管道应进行脱脂，并经检查合格后方可进行施工。

Shall clean pipe inside and outside before installation. If required, the pipe shall be degreased. Only inspected and accepted pipes after degreasing can be installed.

4、      导压管敷设要求有1:10～1:100的坡度，其倾斜度要满足能排除气体和冷凝液，不能满足时，要加排气或排液装置。

For installation of impulse tube, 1:10～1:100 slopes are required. The gradient of the slope shall satisfy the need of exhaust and drainage of condensate, if not, exhauster or liquid drainage devices shall be added.

三、              仪表系统试验Test for instrument system

1、      仪表安装工程在施工、调校、配管、配线工作完成后，投入运行前，必须进行系统试验

After construction, calibration, installation of piping and cable, and before running, system test must be done.

2、      系统试验在确认下列工作符合设计文件规定后进行。仪表设备安装完，其规格、型号、安装方法等都符合设计要求；取源部件位置、正负压管路等安装正确；管路经吹扫试压、气密合格；仪表供电、气、汽、液均已合格并已符合运行要求；仪表线路校线、绝缘检查合格无误；仪表接地系统完好，接地电阻符合设计规定。

After confirming the work listed hereinafter satisfies the specifications of design, the system test can be carried out then. All instrument equipments shall be installed, and their specification, model and installation way shall meet the requirements of design; The b of taps and positive/negative pipelines shall be installed correctly; The pipeline shall be purged and tested, and shall be air tight; Supply of instrument power, gas, steam and liquid shall be qualified and satisfy the running requirements; Check of instrument line and insulation test shall be accepted; Grounding system shall be good, and grounding resistance shall satisfy the specifications of design.

3、      仪表系统调试包括检测系统、调节系统、报警系统、联锁系统和DCS回路，所有的单体和系统调试均需提供详细的校验记录。

Instrument system to be commissioned includes detection system, regulating system, alarm system, interlocking system and DCS loop. All commissioning for individual and system shall have detailed records.

四、              施工安全和成品保护Safety and protection of finished work

1、      仪表作业安全防护措施应齐全：主控室等危险部位加设防护栏杆、拉警戒线、挂警示牌，在配电系统作业前应办理作业许可证，佩带好劳动保护用品，做好安全防护措施，严禁外人误入，严禁随意拆除防护措施。

Safety protection measures for instrument work shall be complete: Guard rail, warning line and warning sign board shall be set at dangerous area, such as control room etc. Before work of electrical distribution system, shall get Work Permit, wear PPE, and take safety protection measures. No entering for unrelated person. Removal of protection facilities at random is strictly prohibited.

2、      仪表安装会遇到登高和悬空作业，遇到“四口”和“五临边”，会靠近“危险源”，要加强监护。临时用电不得使用裸导线，过马路必须埋设并套钢管保护。

Some instrument work may be carried out at height and in the air, some times will meet “Four kinds of Openings” and “Five kinds of Edges”, and will be close to "hazard", so, monitoring shall be strengthened. Naked wires can not be used for temporary power supply. The temporary power cable through roads shall be bded in the earth and protected by steel pipes.

3、      仪表取源部件和根部阀，调节阀安装到现场后，要覆盖或包扎保护，严防雨水和污染。

The already installed instrument tags, root valves and adjusting valves shall be covered or packaged for protection from rain water and pollution.

4、      仪表设备和部件的运输要有专人指挥和监护。

Transportation of Instrument equipment and parts shall be conducted and monitored by full-time person.

 

1)     电力仪表为各类型的传感器（流量、液位、温度、压力、控制阀、开关阀、电子秤及衡器等）

Electronic Instruments refers to all type of transmitters (Flow, Level, Temperature, Pressure, Control & On/Off & Solenoid Valves, Load cells, etc.,).

2)     仪表不能与管道同时进行压力测试，如压力传感器、液位传感器、以及控制阀、开关阀等。因为压力测试可能损坏传感器或阀，如测试的压力超过最大许可的范围，一般上测试压力应是操作压力的1.5倍。

Instruments (such as pressure & level transmitters as well as control, on/off & solenoid valves) shall not be pressure tested with the piping works. Pressure test could damage the transmitters & valves if test pressure is more than the maximum allowable pressure since test pressure is 1.5 times the operating pressure.

3)     当电力仪表被安装在管道和设备上后，要避免在已连接的管道和设备上进行焊接和弯曲等操作（高电流/高电压将会损坏电力仪表）。若必须要进行这样的操作，请拆除仪表或提供正确的旁路接地。

After electronic instrument has been installed on piping and equipment, avoid welding and bending etc. on connected piping and equipment (high current / voltage will damage the electronic transmitter). If necessary to carry out such works, either remove the instrument or provide proper by-pass grounding.

4)     在控制阀或开关阀上做的水压测试或气动压力测试，测试压力不应超过阀标明的压力级别。

Hydro test or Pneumatic pressure test on valves (control & on/off), test pressure shall not be more than the pressure rating of the valve standard.

5)     关于仪表的标定（如压力、液位、温度、流量、控制阀、开关阀等），请参照仪表供应商的手册。如有任何疑义或不确定，请通过太尔向仪表供应商寻求技术支持。

Regarding calibration of the instruments (Pressure, Level, Temp, Flow, Control & On/Off valves, etc.,), refer to instrument supplier’s manual. If any doubt or not sure, seek advice from the suppliers through Dynea.

6)     仪表、控制柜及控制系统的接地系统要与电气设备的接地和防雷接地分隔开。仪表及控制系统的接地阻值要小于标准值1欧姆。

Grounding system for instruments, control panels & the control system shall be separate from the electrical equipment grounding & lightening protection grounding systems. The mega test for instruments & control system shall not be more than the standard (less than 1-Ohm).

7)     类似于电机的动力电缆，所有室外的仪表电缆的安装及接线应该是防水防潮的（密封保护的），以防止水或湿气通过接线电缆进入电力部件。电缆葛兰头和密封类型要符合区域危险等级的要求。

Similar to power cabling to motors, all out door instrument cable installation & termination shall be weather proof (sealed & protected) to prevent from water & moisture penetration into the electronic parts enclosure through termination cable entry. The cable gland & the sealing type shall be according to the hazardous area classification requirement.
