且由于电容每次储能是有限的,所以可防止在某些意外状况下电磁阀发生过载烧毁。同时,电容储能式驱动电路无需象其他几种驱动电路那样必须通过喷油脉宽同步产生一个开启脉宽做为高压的控制信号,从而简化了电路逻辑。PWM及高端驱动电路本设计中PWM发生芯片选用了TL494PWM芯片,其中两路误差放大器分别用于前后两缸引燃与主喷的电流检测负反馈接口,无需另外增加运放。高端驱动器选择了IR公司的专用浮地驱动芯片IR213。
