YZR series motors are three phase induction motor for crane and metallurgy. YZR series motor is wound-rotor three phase induction motor. The motor is suitable for various types of crane and metallurgical machineries or other similar equipments. The motor features high over-load capacity and mechanical strength. They are suitable for such machines with short-time duty or intermittent periodic duty, frequent starting and braking, obvious vibration and shock. Their outline and structure are near to the international motors. The position of the terminal box is located in top, right side or left side of cable entrance and the degree of protection for enclosure is IP54. The heatsink of the frame is vertical direction.

Features and Advantages

Three-phase AC motor for crane and metallurgy powered by inverter refers to various types of electric drive motor used for walking, lifting, turning and metallurgical auxiliary equipment of all kinds of lifting machinery. The motor can be controlled by a frequency converter, which changes its power supply.
These equipments include bridge crane, portal crane, tower crane, electric hoist, roller table, rolling mill, converter and so on.

YZR motor"s rated voltage is 380v and its rated frequency is 50Hz.
YZR motors insulation class are F or H.The insulation class F is always used in the field where ambient temperature is less than 40ºC and the insulation class H is always used in the metallurgical field where ambient temperature is less than 60ºC.
YZR motor"s cooling type is IC410 (frame center height between 112-132) or IC411 (frame center height between 160 to 280),or IC511 (frame center height between 315 to 400)
YZR motor"s rated duty is S3-40%
