INTRODUCTION OF MAGNETIZER MACHINE

A complete set of magnetizer machine is usually made up of three parts:

1. Main Engine
2. Magnetizing table/fixture
3. Cooling machine
The main engine supplies power needed for activating strong magnetic field; The cooling machine is for coolimg the magnetizing coil because the coil"s temperature will rise during magnetization process.
The magnetizing table/fixture is usually designed according to the magnet component or assembly customer wants to magnetize.
