1.Brief introduction
Main applications
This machine can cut all the leaves, peels, roots, vines, grasses, flowers and most fruits and seeds medical products as well as agricultural sideline products into slices, sections or strips within 0.7-60mm. It can also cut materials into polygonal particals by combined blades within 6-20mm.
Working principle
The tailor-made conveying belt and the pneumatic self adaptive material-pressing system make the material move on step-basis and uniform motion according to the set length. The cutting blade cuts directly on the conveying belt, cutting speed can be adjusted in a stepless way.
Main features
QY-500 herbal cutting machine adopts polyurethane conveyor belt which is abrasion-resistant and cutting-resistant. The machine works continuous. It can adapt to the material entering quantity spontaneously and suitable for cutting materials into granule and fine slice with the wastage no more than 3%. Its cut product is good size and smooth incision, thus it satisfies all of our customers. Pressure mechanism adopts pneumatic self adaptive pressure system, slicing accuracy and operating safety is higher than that of ordinary cutting machine.  The whole machine is easy to clean, operate, maintain and will not pollute the material. It's in line with the requirements of GMP.

4. Our advantage
4.1 It adapts cylinder pressing system, with adjustable pressure according to different feeding materials. Pressure range is larger than that of common ones. The pressed material is more stable, and the cut product is more even and with better appearance.
4.2 The operation is safe and convenient. The gear box is hermetically sealed.
Pressure feeding gear is installed at pressure feeding roller shaft end, to prevent the material pollution.
4.3 Portal frame is additionally provided with a protective cover, to ensure operation safety.
4.4 With stepless speed regulation, the torque is tens more than that of frequent converter. When the material is 5mm thick, the mechanical speed can normally start into operation, but the frequent converter can't make it.
4.5 The mechanical transmission performance is reliable and durable. 
4.6 The operation is safe and convenient. The whole machine doesn't have a leakage problem, and can be easily washed with water.
