Complete Pellets Production Process Animal Feed Pellet Plant
1. Pellets Production process of Animal Feed Pellet plant:
1. Raw material receiving and cleaning section--Raw material pre-cleaner
Granular raw materials such as corn barley, wheat and soybean meal need to be cleaned of impurities to remove stones, iron filings and other impurities to protect equipment and personal safety. Cleaning equipment mainly includes screening equipment and iron removal equipment.
2. Crushing section--Hammer Mill
After the raw materials are cleaned, they enter the hammer mill for crushing. The hammer mill is mainly used to crush the feed raw materials with unqualified granularity to the required feed particle size. You can get different fineness by replacing the hammer mill sieves, to match the production of feed pellets in different growth stages.
3. Batching and mixing section--Feed Mixer
After raw material being crushed, they are distributed to different silos and according to the requirements of the formula, all kinds of feed ingredients are matched together according to a certain proportion (weight). Then the batched feed materials being fully mixed in the mixer and made to uniform powdered feed production. During the mixing process, liquid materials can be added according to needs. Our mixer with short mixing period, high mixing uniformity, and low residue.
4. Pelletizing and cooling section--Pellet Mill and Pellet Cooler
The powdered type batched materials are granulated by the high-temperature steam conditioning and strong pressing of the feed pellet machine to pellet feeds type, and then being cooled to room temperature, crumbled to smaller size and screened unqualified pellets to get the final qualified feed pellets.
5. Packing section--Pellet machine
The qualified feed pellets enter the automatic quantitative packing scale, which with adjustable packaging range,high packing precision and fast packaging speed, the finished pellets are sealed by sewing, no leakage, easy for storage and transportation.
6. PLC controlling
All the process above will be controlled and monitored by our advanced computer controlling system. The control center is collected in accordance with the actual value and the current settings for contrast, which will ensure the stability of the whole processing in order to give full play to the pellet plant production capacity and to prevent plugging.
The complete pellets production process plant can be used to make various poultry feed and aquatic feed for rabbits, ducks, cattle, chickens, sheep, pigs, pigeons, fishes and shrimp etc.The livestock feed pellet making line can be control by the electric control system or customized automatic PLC control system.
