A TYPE CHICKEN CAGE

It is designed for open or close house in order to improve the density and get the max land usage of the broiler raising house. All equipment is fully automatic or semi-automatic. Automatic feeding,drinking,manure removal,environment control and so on.

Layer cage

Feed troughs: made of PVC or hot galvanized steel sheets.
The cage meshes and cage leg support frames materials are the Q235A steel.
Each cage has 1-2 nipple drinkers.
The dimension of cage is 195*35*38(L*W*H)/set, 4 or 5 cells,3 or 4 chcikens/cell.

Broiler cage

Each chicken has more space than flooring system.
Amount of exercise is small because of the cage, the broiler can grow fast.
The plastic cushion which put on the bottom cage mesh can protect the baby chicken feet.

Breeder cage

There two birds in each cell.which is cost less and more convenient to conduct artificial insemination than the H type broiler & layer breeder cage system.
Male and female have different or same cages,it depends on natural fertilization or artificial fertilization.
It is same automatic egg collection system as the layer cage system.

Pullet cage

Each unit dimension of the pullet cage is 1950*500*(350--400)mm,3 cells per unit,with 9-10 birds per cell,each cell dimension is 650*500*(350-400)mm,so each birds can get 390--433 sq.cm. at least within 17 weeks.
Raising density per unit area can increase 50% - 100% compared with flooring system.
The drinking system can be automatic nipple drinking line and manual feeders and drinkers for first two weeks.
Manure belt system or manure scraper in the manure pits to collect the chicken manure outside of house.
