Continuous Mesh Belt Type Fish Feed Pellet Drying Equipment1. ApplicationThe belt dryer is mainly for mass production of continuous drying good permeability sheet, strips, granules and grainy materials. This series dryer has the advantages of high drying speed, high evaporation intensity and good quality final product.
2. Technical Parameters1) Equipment name: continuous mesh belt type drying machine.
2) Mesh belt width: 0.5-1.5 mm
3) Mesh belt layers: can be 3, 5, 7 layer (different capacity and grain moisture requires different layers and drying case length)
4) Drying temperature: 80-150 degree
5) Water evaporation capacity: 20-120 kg/h
6) Mesh belt feeding speed: 2-9 m/h (frequency speed regulation)
7) Heating method: Optional with electric heating, steam heating (steam press is 0.3-0.6Mpa), oil heating etc to be heat source. Most commonly used electric heating and steam heating.
3. Working PrincipleThe material is evenly spread on the mesh belt; the material gets moved from the forward to discharging side by motor drive, complete the drying process.
Under the action of the circulating fan, the air inside drying case goes through mesh belt turn to material. Air first goes through steam exchanger or heat pipe reach to required drying temperature. Then touches mesh belt layers, complete the heat transfer process.
At that moment, the air temperature goes down, water content increased, part of the wet air discharged by fan, the other part mixes with normal temperature air cycle for second drying; in order to achieve the full utilization of energy.
Temperature and moisture inside the case can be controlled by combined device of eliminate moisture and steam supply electric heating temperature control device.
At the end of drying period, if need to cool down the product, just turn off steam valve or electric heating device to stop the heating, through the suction of normal temperature air to cool the products.
4. Main Structure1) Transmission systemAdopts mesh belt motor (frequency speed control) + reducer + chain transmission combination structure. Mesh belt running speed can be completed by adjusting motor running frequency.
2) Conveying systemConveyor system consists of driving wheel, conveyor chain, tensioning device, supporting rod and mesh belt. Both sides of chain are connected through a supporting rod, a chain wheel and steel rail positioning. Mesh belt is fixed on the supporting rod, run along with chain and rod. Driving wheel is installed at the discharging side.
3) Drying roomThe drying room is divided into main room and air ducting two parts. It has the observation door at the main drying room; the pendent design of bottom is convenient for cleaning the accumulated material.
4) Temperature controlSteam Auto control electromagnetic valve, controls drying temperature of every parts, manual valve unit is mainly set according to the metal thermometer; there"s a temperature controller at the electric cabinet for electric heating.
