2. The feeding system of the SZLH press granulator is controlled by a step less variable speed motor with easy and reliable speed regulation. It can also be equipped with automatically adjust the feed flow and steam flow to keep the mill in an optimum operating condition.

Working principle of press granulator:

Our alfafa pellet mill Composed of feeding ,tempering, pelleting,Driving&lubricating system.

Working process is feeding powder materials to feeding Auger from inlet hopper, through adjusting speed of adjustment motor to obtain suitable material flow, then material enter into conditioner to tempering through blending&mixing with steam. It could be added molasses or grease(need equip with grease adding pipe) into conditioner and tempering with steam together. The powder reach 64~85ºC, moisture 14~16% after tempering, then through slot and finally into press chamber to granulation.
