Raw Materials:

The common raw materials are mainly consist of corn, wheat, barely, oats, sorghum, soyabean, soyabean meal, fish meal, amino acids, miscellaneous meal, whey powder, oil, meat and bone meal, grains, feed additives etc. more than ten varieties of raw materials.

Flow process introduction:

The features of poultry & livestock feed is that the crush fineness is moderate (the hole diameter of screen is 2-4mm), the curing degree is moderate (the pellet mill use double-layer conditioner), the retainer is reserved to improve curing degree and produce high grade feed, the diameter size of finish pellets is large (about 2.5-4mm).

The capacity for 3set SZLH508 livestock and poultry feed line is designed to be 45tph, using three grinding process, one batching and mixing process, three pelleting process and two bagging and bulk process.

The total power of this line is about 1650kw, the working land size is about 16.5×33×40.5m, and matching 4ton boiler. The whole line has compact design, reasonable structure and meets the requirement of environmental protection. It can be customized according to customer"s requirements.

Technological characteristics and introductions:

silo storage process: 

3unit 2000T maize silo is equipped in this process, assembly type which can reduce the raw material storage cost, human handling cost and storage area.

RM receiving and cleaning process: 

n this process, the clean system for granule receiving and cleaning is separated from powder receiving and cleaning, dust collection are individual which is with the better effects.

cleaner: granule precleaner SCY100, output 30-50t/h, powder cleaner SQLZ90×80×110, output 30-50t/h.

Grinding process: 

3set of hammer mill is adopt in this process, 6 grindings bins are equipped to cross crush different raw material; The impurities could be removed from raw material by magnetic separation equipment before grinding bins to ensure the safe running of hammer mill. 

Grinding equipment: hammer mill SFSP668×1000, 160KW, output 16-20t/h (¢3.0mm screen hole )

Batching and mixing process:

In this process, we use 30pcs batching bins, due to the large quantity of bins, three batching scale work at same time which is controlled by FDSP developed independently batching program, achieve accurate quick and slow feeding, quick batching and with high accuracy.

Weighing equipment: batching scale PCS40/PCS20 /PCS10, weighing accuracy: dynamic≤3‰, static≤1‰.

Mixing equipment: mixer SHSJ8, (55KW,4000kg/batch), designed output 40-50t/h,  homogeneity CV≤5%.

Granulation process: 

Three set double conditioner+ reserved retainer pellet mill is used in this process. Six pellet bins are equipped for the pellet mill to change feed type easily. After granulation, the pellets enter into the cooler, bucket elevator and then go to screening by rotary screener. The finished products go to the packing bins after enzyme coating, others go back to the pellet mill other received by bags.

Granulation equipment(3sets):SZLH508, 160KW,output 13-16T/H.

Cooling equipment:SKLN8,output 15-20T/H.

Oil post-coating machine: SYPH450(4kw)designed coating quantity 0-1000L/T

Packing process: 

There are 6 FP bins for automatic packing and 12 bulk FP bins in this process, 5 of them only used for pellet finished products storage, the other can store both mesh feed and pellet feed. There is special anti-grading device for mesh feed bins. The pellet feed and mesh feed will be weighed and packed finally by packing scale. Bulk packing truck go through under the bulk bin.

Packing equipment(2sets): double hopper belt packing scale(both for mesh feed and pellet feed), weighing rage 20-50kg/bag, 10-12bags /min. 

Auxiliary process: 

Dust collection system can improve the work condition, the oil adding system is usually seen in the mixer adding system which can improve the feed palatability.
