3.easy operation with high capacity,dehairing rate.How does it work?1. Pigs must first be slaughtered. After slaughter, they should be scalded. It is recommended to use a professional scalding pool for scalding.
2. It is recommended to use water with a temperature of 60-65 ° C, soak for 3 minutes, so that the pigskin hair follicles are fully soaked and separated from the pig skin. The scalding temperature and time should be adjusted according to the breed of the pig and the actual local environment.
3. After the scalding is completed, the hydraulic fishing rod of the hair removal machine will pick up the pigs. It is recommended that the pigs be backed up against the machine of the hair machine to prevent the legs from getting stuck in the gap. If the machine is running, it does not matter.
4. The pigs are rotated and depilated in the hair removal machine. After 18 seconds of hair removal, the net hair rate is 98%. The effect is obvious, saving time and effort, real labor saving and cost saving.
5. After the hair removal process is completed, the pigs are rolled out from the hair removal machine into the clear water pool for cleaning, and then the subsequent viscera and sputum are carried out.
