Product Introduction

Before the production of plastic products mainly made of PVC resin powder, PVC powder and related additives need to be blended. The blending process is divided into two steps: * *, first blend in a heating blender (also known as a "high-speed blender"); Secondly, the material coming out of the heating blender needs to be cooled in the cooling machine and then stored for future use. High speed blenders and cooling blending units are currently the most critical equipment in plastic modification blending, widely used in industries such as plastics, rubber, chemicals, and food for blending, coloring, and drying powder and granular materials. Typical applications include the preparation of PVC dry blendtures, plastic filling modification, initial blending before extruder granulation, and multi-component blending before wood plastic production.

High speed blender, also known as hot blending, is named after the heat generated during blending. It can provide strong dispersion and blending of multi-component materials.

The blending pot of the heating blender adopts a vertical structure, and the pot body is equipped with 3-4 layers of blades. Through the high-speed rotation of the blades, the material is heated. The main source of heat is self friction, so in most cases, no additional heating is required

Cooling blender, also known as cold blending, is used to cool the materials produced from hot blending. Using the cooling water jacket inside the machine body to cool high-temperature materials, the cooling indicators for domestic small factories' cooling machines are often 60 , while the international standard is 40-50 . The cooling machines produced by McCorvey Company adopt a European style large door structure, with the upper cover fully open for easy cleaning of the pot body, and are equipped with independent cooling water jackets. There are two types of cooling blenders: vertical and horizontal structures. Generally speaking, small machines use vertical structures, while large machines use horizontal structures. Two blenders can work together or separately.
