诞生Birth

二十世纪七十年代瑞典科学家卡尔· 蒙特发明纸介质的湿帘。人们开始在湿帘的基础不断研发节约能源、保护环境的设备。

In 1970s, scientist and entrepreneur Carl Munters invented paper cooling pad. From then on, People began to develop energy-saving and environ-mentally friendly equipment on the basis of evaporative cooling pad.

引进Introduction

二十世纪八十年代，我国开始进口湿帘，并推广在农业生产使用。

In the 1980s,our country began to import cooling pad which can be widely used in agricultural production.

工作原理

人站在海边感觉特别凉爽，这是因为海水吸收空气中的热量而蒸发，使空气温度下降，从而带给我们凉爽的冷空气。蒸发式冷气机就是根据这一自然现象，将高科技与人工蒸发制冷技术相结合，研发出的新一代环保节能型空调机。

蒸发式冷气机是采用水蒸发效应原理，用物理的方法实现降温，解决了普通空调“氟里昂”排放超标的问题。其利用湿帘作为降温介质，水从湿帘的顶部沿湿帘的波纹表面均匀的流下，使湿帘从上到下均匀的湿润，风机抽风时，产生压力，迫使未饱和的空气流经多孔湿润湿帘表面时，空气中大量的湿热转化为潜热，迫使进入室内的空气从干球温度降低接近湿球温度增加了空气的湿度，使得干燥的热空气变为洁净的凉爽空气，从而起到降温增湿的作用。
