安装与说明 Installation and instruction

一、小心打开本机器的外包箱，并清点下列附件：

Please open outer packing box of this machine carefully,and check out these following accessories:

1、操作说明书一份

a copy of operation manual

2、产品保证书一份

a copy of product warranty

3、机器一台

a set of machine

4、电源线一条

a power line

5、零件托料盘两个

two pieces of parts trays

6、六角扳手一支

one hexagon wrench

二、检查机器的使用电压规格[AC110V或AC220V]应与市电之电压规格相符

Please check out whether the voltage specification of the machine [AC110V或AC220V] is the same as the voltage specification used in your city

三、当市电之电压规格爲AC110V或AC220V时，请将计数器后面的电源切换到115V或230V的位置。

When the voltage specification of your city is AC110V or AC220V, please shift the power switch in the back of the counter to 115V or 230V

四、机器置于平稳桌面或地面。

Please place the machine on a smooth table or ground.

五、附件及电压规格确认后，请将电源线两端分别接在机器的电源输入插座及市电的电源输出插座上

After confirmation of all accessories and voltage specification,please connect the two ends of the power cord to power bbbbb socket of the machine and power output socket of your city.

六、将地线确实接妥

Please connect the ground wire securely

七、两料盘支架关节的定选钮逆时针转松，将两料盘支架展开成一字再将固定旋钮顺时针转紧

Loosen the fixed swiveling button on the support bracket of the two material trays in counter clockwise direction.stretch out support bracket of the two material trays to a straight line and then fasten the fixed swiveling button in clockwise direction

八、打开面板上的电源开关后，显示幕应显示出上次的间距（PITCH）设定值

Turn on the power switch on the panel,and then the screen is supposed to display the PITCH set at the last time.
