WGJ-250型弯拱机
WGJ-250H型工字钢弯拱机（冷弯拱机）是我公司自主研发的新型全自动型钢弯拱机产品。采用液压系统，冷弯机具有传动平稳，冷弯机压力大等特点，冷弯机主要应用于隧道，冷弯机地铁，冷弯机水电站，冷弯机地下洞室等工字钢，冷弯机槽钢角钢H型钢等型材的弯曲。
弯拱机是隧道支护钢拱架加工制作的新型设备。它由底座、机械传动、冷弯系统、液压系统、电器控制系统和辅助系统等六大部分组成。工作时，冷弯机将所需冷弯加工的型钢由辅助系统的门式托架推放在两主动滚轮之间，冷弯机启动液压系统使液压缸推动燕尾槽和冷弯滚轮冷压型钢，冷弯机待达到设计所需弧度时关闭液压系统，冷弯机启动机械传动系统，冷弯机使主动滚轮转动并依靠摩擦力带动型钢平稳缓慢前行，冷弯机从而实现连续冷弯作业。在冷弯结束时，冷弯机关闭机械传动系统 ，冷弯机 同时启动液压系统 ，冷弯机 使液压缸收回。将冷弯型钢放置在辅助系统的门式托架上即可。这种冷弯作业，冷弯机 保证了材质的强度，冷弯机 提高了支护钢拱架的质量，冷弯机极大地提高了工效，冷弯机操作简单、明了。冷弯机与压床相比，冷弯机具有良好的工作性能。

WGJ-250型材弯拱机,可将各种型号的型材如：槽钢、工字钢、H型钢、扁钢、钢管等弯曲成圆形、弧形、法兰、螺旋形等工件。该设备结构合理、操作方便、承载能力强、卷园速度快，冷弯机具有体积小、能耗低、效率高、无噪音、寿命长、一机多用等众多优点。其代替了原有的钢板下料、对接、校正、车床加工等复杂工艺，冷弯机并节省了氧气、乙炔、劳动力、原材料，冷弯机是卷制圆环和法兰的一种高质量、高效益的卷圆设备。该设备可广泛用于风机、石化、造船、桥梁模板、网架、钢结构建筑、大型管道、水工仪表等行业。也适合用于对外加工，冷弯机利润丰厚.
3.结构及工作原理
该设备由主电机、减速器、滚轮、油泵电机、齿轮油泵、溢流阀、电磁换向阀、工作油缸、顶轮及油箱等部件组成，冷弯机参见电器原理图、液压原理图。
工作原理：把工字钢放在冷弯机上，冷弯机与减速器带动的滚轮接触后，冷弯机将压紧手柄进给锁紧，冷弯机启动电机油泵组，冷弯机由电动油泵输出的高压油经溢流阀（可调整所需压力），冷弯机进入聚成块到电液阀，冷弯机有电液阀和点动开关（点进、点退）控制油缸工作，冷弯机工作油缸推进，冷弯机将工字钢与三个支撑滚轮压紧并未发生弯曲变形时开始计算，冷弯机油缸再推进的长度进程为每次10mm-15mm，冷弯机开主电机正转或反转，冷弯机由主电机带动工字钢工作，冷弯机反复操作，冷弯机达到所需为止。
4.使用须知
设备安装在坚硬的基础面上，冷弯机找正，冷弯机以进给导轨面处于水平位置为准。
工字钢必须在水平的工作台上（带有滚动的工作台）工作。
使用前必须加油（减速器加30#机油，冷弯机油箱加46#液压油），冷弯机以后定期更换新油。
5.试机
为保证工作顺利，冷弯机在开始工作前二定要把机器调试好。
检查电源是否正常。
检查电机油泵组是否正转。
将压力表开关打开，冷弯机溢流阀调压手轮松开。
点动电机，冷弯机检查旋转方向是否正确。
检查电液阀和点动开关是否正常。
一切准备工作无误后，冷弯机启动电机，冷弯机将油压调至10Mpa，冷弯机试运行三分钟左右，冷弯机如果运转正常，冷弯机准备正式工作。

6.注意事项
正确使用设备，冷弯机认真执行设备保养，冷弯机遵守安全操作规程，冷弯机是减少设备故障，冷弯机延长设备使用寿命，冷弯机保障安全生产的必要条件，冷弯机因此设备的操作者及维修人员必须了解设备的结构、性能、维护保养方法和操作规程。
在油箱没有注入油前切勿启动电机。使用前首先检查油箱内的油是否加满，冷弯机如不足应加满，冷弯机以防油泵吸空。设备使用的液压油必须经过严格的过滤方可注入油箱，冷弯机油箱在装油前必须清洗好，冷弯机一般推荐使用46号抗磨液压油
本设备是用油为介质，冷弯机必须做好油及本设备的清洁保养工作，冷弯机以免淤塞或漏油影响使用效果。油液必须保持干净，冷弯机第一次使用的时间不应超过两个月，冷弯机更换时，冷弯机应同时清洗过滤网和油箱，冷弯机注意过滤网可放在煤油中冲洗，冷弯机不能用硬刷子刷洗，冷弯机如油液未变质，冷弯机在经过过滤后仍可使用。
经常检查设备需润滑处是否有堵塞现象。
每班工作结束后，冷弯机请用收回油缸。
若长期不使用设备，冷弯机则要在滑动处面上涂上防锈油。

6. matters of attention

This equipment is oil as medium, bending machine must do oil and the equipment cleaning and maintenance work, so as to avoid the blockage or leakage of cold bending machine use effect. The oil must be kept clean, cold bending machine used for the first time should not exceed two months, bending machine replacement, bending machine should clean the filter tank and at the same time, pay attention to bending machine filter can rinse in kerosene, cold bending machine can not scrub with a hard brush, bending machine such as oil without modification, cold bending in the machine after filtration can be used.
Often check whether the equipment needs to be blocked in the lubrication.
After the work of each class, the cold bending machine is used to take back the oil cylinder.
If the equipment is not used for a long time, the cold bending machine will be coated with antirust oil on the surface of the slide.
