泵的排出侧必须装设阀门(球阀或截止阀等)和逆止阀。阀门用来调节泵的工况点,逆止阀在液体倒流时可防止泵反转,并使泵避免水锤的打击。(当液体倒流时,会产生巨大的反向压力,使泵损坏)确定流量扬程流量的确定如果生产工艺中已给出小、正常、大流量,应按大流量考虑。如果生产工艺中只给出正常流量,应考虑留有一定的余量。对于ns1的大流量低其不意扬程泵,流量余量取5%,对ns5的小流量高扬和泵,流量余量取1%,5ns1的泵,流量余量也取5%,对质量低劣和运行条件恶劣的泵,流量余量应取1%。原料药淤浆均匀度较差,造成加料管堵塞,形成间隙加料的不均匀,而产生了振动。加料时转鼓转速太高,物料没有再分布的机会,以致不均匀造成振动。离心机滤网脱水效果不均匀,造成滤网上母液分布不均,引起振动4.吊杆减振能力差,一但有振动,则会恶性循环造成更大损坏。底座刚性不足,以致振动加剧。设备上总电源开关(漏电断路器)跳脱或损坏。滤布未张紧,形成滤布驱动机空转,无法带动滤布行走。作动之空压机压力未达设定值(一般约3kg∕cm2左右),或压力设定开关损坏。空压泄压阀未开启(位于三点组合之前端蓝色拉环)。.滤布驱动机之电控热继电器跳脱或损坏11.滤布异常偏离造成碰触安全限制开关,警报作响。.丝烧毁。因应对策检(送)修或更换新品。更换张紧弹簧.待空气压缩机压力到达设定值后再开机。手动将泄压阀向上拉起,完成开启动作,管路接通后压力表会有压力值显示,到达压力设定值后,即可开启运转。检(送)修或更换新品.检修查出故障原因,将故障确实排除。

为什么要除霜?结霜主要会导致以下问题:总结一点就是:结霜会导致蒸发器换热不好,直接降低了冷机的冷量。结霜前:结霜后:多久需要做一次除霜,每次除霜多长时间?1)、这要考虑所储藏产品的种类和湿度、人员在冷藏室内走动的频度、每天开门的次数、透风情况、空气湿度等因素。、必须尽可能频繁地除霜,而且要尽早,以免为时太迟。、如除霜时间太短,未能将冰全部融化,则会产生更多的冰。除霜的几种方式:目前主流除霜的几种方式:自然除霜热空气、水冲霜;电加热除霜热气旁通除霜自然除霜机理与过程:包括空气除霜与水冲霜空气除霜:利用蒸发器的热空气(高于4℃),开启蒸发器风机使热空气循环,将蒸发器的霜除掉;除霜过程:开始除霜压缩机停机蒸发侧风机继续运转热空气流过蒸发器化霜除霜完毕压缩机启动水冲霜:蒸发器顶部位置增加集水槽,槽底开圆孔;自来水进入集水槽之后铜管圆孔,均匀由上至下流通蒸发器翅片,一方面通过水的重力将霜冲洗干净,一方面水的温度比较高,将霜化成水一起流走。
