随着国家碳达峰、碳中和目标的提出，新能源汽车产业也逐渐进入技术发展的新阶段，配套充电桩的布局和建设在不断扩大的同时，对充电功率及充电速度提出了更高的需求。传统15KW、20KW充电模块已无法满足高速充电要求。为此，中航光电推出了满足40KW充电模块的国网接口CZ36E系列连接器，并且可兼容30KW充电模块使用。

▼Application 

• 产品接口采用国网充电模块接口，兼容性强，具有TUV&UL认证；
• 产品采用冠簧结构，传输电流高、接触可靠电阻低；
• 插头为弯式焊接，插座为直式压线结构，电源压接线径6 AWG，信号有焊接和压接结构；
• 插座安装后，与浮动螺钉配合具有±0.65mm浮动；

• 连接器适配电压范围广：
  

  输入端额定电流：80A/pin；额定电压：1000V AC；

  输出端额定电流：80A/pin或140A/ 2pin；额定电压：1000V DC。

• Termination: 90° welding termination of plugs, straight crimping termination of receptacles, in which power contacts use crimping structure with 6 AWG wire, and signal contacts use welding / crimping structure
• ± 0.65mm floating matched with floating screws after installing receptacles
• Rated current: 80A / pin of bbbbb end, 80A / pin or 140A / pin of output end
• Rated voltage: 1000V AC of bbbbb end, 1000V DC of output end
  

CZ36E系列连接器可用于符合国网接口的30KW、40KW充电模块，大幅提升充电功率、缩短用户充电时间；也可应用于UPS电源、通讯电源，光伏储能等诸多领域。
