一、用途、结构简介：
　　
   PQ-20T针式绝缘子高压线路针式瓷绝缘子用于工频电压6～20kV高压架空电力线路，用以绝缘和支持导线。绝缘子老型号按额定电压分6、10、15、20kV四个品种，每种按钢脚型

   PQ-20T针式绝缘子式又分为铁担直脚和木担直脚两种规格；新型号额定电压均为10kV，分普通型、加强绝缘1型、加强绝缘2型三种。
　　
    PQ-20T针式绝缘子绝缘子由瓷件、钢脚（或螺套）用不低于５２５号的硅酸盐水泥、石英砂胶合剂胶装而成，钢脚胶入瓷件部分压有深槽，以防钢脚松动；钢脚顶端与瓷件之间

垫有弹性衬垫。瓷件表面一般上棕釉或白釉，钢脚经热镀锌处理。
  
     PQ-20T有些增强子位于启动子上游，有些位于下游，所以绝缘子的效应并不取决于PQ-10T绝缘子同启动子的相对位置。PQ-10T因此，对绝缘子效应的方向性的原因还没有真正弄清。目前已发现有两个基因座以反式活化方式影响绝缘子的功能。基因S2J(Hw)编码的核蛋白识别绝缘子，PQ-10T绝缘子同其结合后才有绝缘作用。当该基因突变后，尽管y基因座中插入了绝缘子，但失去了绝缘作用，y在所有组织中都表达。PQ-10T另一个基因座是mod(mdg 4)，该基因发生突变后，其效应正好与Su(Hw)相反，即这些突变型都强了绝缘作用，使绝缘子的绝缘效应不再有方向性而得到扩展， PQ-10T也就是阻断了上游和下游两侧的增强子的效应。有一种解释认为先是Su(Hw)同绝缘子DNA结合后，使绝缘子有绝缘效应。PQ-10Tmod(mdg4)同Su(Hw)结合，使绝缘子失去绝缘效应；突变的mod(mdg4)不能同Su(Hw)结合，于是绝缘子又增强了绝缘作用。
