杀菌槽内的循环水呈上、下、左、右不断的切换,使罐内液流均一流动,保证了杀菌槽内从升温、保温到降温,任意点的热分布均一,所以置于托盘内不同位置的包装食品得到了最理想的均一加热效果,有效杜绝了杀菌过程中出现的死角现象。使产品的保质期更加稳定和长久,保证了温度分布和热量传递的均一性,减少了F值变化及蒸煮过度等现象的发生。
2、 高温短时间灭菌
本机是采用双罐热水循环进行杀菌,热水槽事先将热水加热到灭菌要求温度(多阶段灭菌除外),从而缩短了灭菌时间,提高工作效率。
3、 杀菌精度高
本机是采用国际先进技术,利用热水循环、浸泡式杀菌,在杀菌过程中,对温度、压力、杀菌时间、进水、进气、排水、排气等全过程进行智能自动化控制,温度准确(±0.5℃)。

6、 杀菌釜采用模拟温度控制系统,可设定多阶段加热机制

7、 测量F值的功能
鱼干肉干杀菌锅上均可配置F值测量仪,该测量仪具备测量值的功能,F值软件每隔3秒进行一次F值计算。所有灭菌数据,包括灭菌条件、F值、时间-温度曲线、时间-压力曲线等均可通过数据处理软件处理后予以保存或打印,以便于生产管理。
