    设备特点:

    1 均一的水流交换方式,温度均一,无死角

    杀菌槽内的循环水呈上、下、左、右不断的切换,使罐内液流均一流动,保证了杀菌槽内从升温、保温到降温,任意点的热分布均一,所以置于托盘内不同位置的包装食品得到了最理想的均一加热效果,有效杜绝了杀菌过程中出现的死角现象。使产品的保质期更加稳定和长久,保证了温度分布和热量传递的均一性,减少了F值变化及蒸煮过度等现象的发生。

    2  高温短时间灭菌

    本机是采用双罐热水循环进行杀菌,热水槽事先将热水加热到灭菌要求温度(多阶段灭菌除外),从而缩短了灭菌时间,提高工作效率。

    3  杀菌精度高

    本机是采用国际先进技术,利用热水循环、浸泡式杀菌,在杀菌过程中,对温度、压力、杀菌时间、进水、进气、排水、排气等全过程进行智能自动化控制,温度准确(±0.5℃)。

    4  节约能源

    卤蛋杀菌锅杀菌过程中用的工作介质可循环使用,节省了能源、时间及人力、物力的消耗,降低了生产成本。

    5  全自动控制系统

    A、利用屏幕进行触摸控制,而不是开关。                               

    B、采用图表平板,不是刻度表。

    C、所有时段均由模拟感应器和自动阀控制。                             

    D、可以从单一杀菌工艺切换成多阶段杀菌工艺。

    E、压力和温度呈数字化显示。                                         

    F、所有的过程都被记录在磁盘上,并可通过打印机打印。

    本机整个灭菌工艺流程全部由电脑PLC控制,一次性完成,无需人工操作。

    6  杀菌釜采用模拟温度控制系统,可设定多阶段加热机制

    咸鸭蛋杀菌锅根据不同食品对灭菌条件的要求,随时设定不同的升温和冷却程序,可利用多阶段加热的杀菌方式,使食品承受的热量限制到最小限量,以尽可能完美地保存其风味、口感和色泽,使每一种食品均可在最佳状态下进行调理灭菌。精确的杀菌温度(±0.5℃)可以避免因高温高压加工法而产生的蒸煮异味。

    7  测量F值的功能

    鱼干肉干杀菌锅上均可配置F值测量仪,该测量仪具备测量值的功能,F值软件每隔3秒进行一次F值计算。所有灭菌数据,包括灭菌条件、F值、时间-温度曲线、时间-压力曲线等均可通过数据处理软件处理后予以保存或打印,以便于生产管理。

    8  存储杀菌公式

    电脑内最少可存储30个杀菌公式。

     Each production of Thailand sterilization kettle can be configured F-measure measuring instrument, the measuring instrument has measured the function, F-measure software once every 3 seconds F-measure calculated. All data including sterilization, sterilization conditions, F-measure, temperature time curve, the time pressure curve can be saved or printed through data processing, in order to facilitate production management.
